While we must adhere to Michigan law in our duties, we try to make the medical marijuana application process as quick and easy as possible for our patients. Following are the steps in the qualification process.
The most important step of this process is having proper medical documentation.
First and foremost, you must have a medical condition that qualifies you for the use of medical marijuana under Michigan law. If you suffer from any of the conditions below, you could benefit from the use of medical marijuana:
- Cancer
- Glaucoma
- HIV/AIDS
- Hepatitis C
- Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
- Crohn’s Disease
- Agitation of Alzheimer’s Disease
- Nail Patella
- Cachexia or Wasting Syndrome
- Severe or Chronic Pain
- Severe Nausea
- Seizures
- Epilepsy
- Severe or Persistent Muscle Spasms
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Step One: Medical Record Collection
The first step in the medical marijuana application process is documentation of your medical condition. In order for our staff to evaluate your case, your medical records must be current.
Use the Medical Release Form on the Application Forms page to insure your records are complete.
